Board members and Managers/CEOs of agricultural cooperatives. The program is geared for both seasoned and fresh-from-the-field CEOs, general managers, and directors. Sessions provide a foundation in governance, management, board responsibilities, financial performance analysis, and equity management.
Topics Covered
Monday: Basic Governance and Basic Finance
Tuesday: NEW: Advanced Strategic Thinking (AM) and Advanced Financial Issues (PM)
New courses will use 2 California Co-op case studies to highlight these issues.

David Barton and Michael Boland of the Arthur Capper Cooperative Center at Kansas State University.
Special Guest Speaker Dr. Roberta Cook, UC Cooperative Extension Specialist focusing on fresh produce marketing, food distribution and international trade in fruits and vegetables.
